easter bonnets…

I like to use straw hats in my spring decorations.  I recently found a cast iron table with a broken marble top.  with the top removed, I thought it would make a cute hat holder-—(below on the right).

the little hat in the middle is actually a lamp, that was found at a garage sale, and the hat on the left is being held up with a paper towel holder.

  2. OH MY GOODNESS! What an adorable idea! I cannot even imagine what kind of creative genes you have that allow you too look at a table with a broken top and think "oooo' that would be a cute bonnet holder!" Awesome Lynn, just awesome!

  11. Hi Lynn, I just love your straw hat display. So charming for Easter and springtime. I was at a favorite antique market yesterday here in Texas and found a vintage umbrella. I got it because I was inspired by you to create a hanging wall flower display. I'll see how it turns out. Thanks for the inspiration.

  13. Fabulous! Love the hat stand made out of the table and If I had found that middle hat lamp I would be doing the happy dance. I looked for one of those for years that I could afford and it never happend. You lucky girl. Love how you used the paper towel stand..great ideas and I think I will keep my eyes out this summer for fab finds like you.
